Tobias aka "Toby"
Baby Tobias aka "Toby" has come to us at just 2 weeks old. He was abandoned under very unfortunate circumstances. His birth family was able to be located and after the ministry's investigation it was determined that his family was safe to return to.
We are proud to partner with the Ministry of Social Welfare and be a temporary safe haven for children to be loved and cared for while they continue investigations for the best welfare of the children.
